This Privacy Policy explains how the developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the sorosoro application (the “App”).
You can create an account in the App using one of the following methods:
- Sign in with Apple: Display name, email address (a relay address may be used via Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature)
- Sign in with Google: Display name, email address
This information is used for authentication purposes through Firebase Authentication.
1.2 User-Provided Data
The following data is stored when you use the App’s features:
- Routine information (name, icon, frequency, reminder settings, completion logs)
- Sharing settings (invitation IDs, shared usernames)
This data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and shared among users who have established a connection via sharing settings.
We use Google AdMob to deliver advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect the following information:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device information (OS version, device model, etc.)
- Information about ad views and clicks
On iOS, we display a request for tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, personalized ads will not be delivered.
The App may automatically collect technical information through Firebase:
- Device type, OS version
- App version
- Crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Performance data (Firebase Performance Monitoring)
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate accounts and ensure security
- To provide routine management and notification features
- To synchronize data between shared users
- To deliver advertisements
- To improve the App and fix bugs
3. Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
We do not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- Sharing with Other Users: Users connected via invitation IDs can view each other’s routine completion status.
- Service Providers: The App uses the following third-party services:
- Legal Requirements: When disclosure is required by law or legal process
4. Data Storage and Security
- User data is stored on Google Firebase servers.
- All data transmission is encrypted using TLS.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account from the App’s settings. Upon deletion, your user profile and all associated data will be removed from the server.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
